AARC Cable Assemblies

Description

The harsh environment AARC plug and receptacle assemblies are available in 2 fiber or 4 fiber configurations. Based on the N Type RF connector style, this optical connector system provides superior optical performance using LC style 1.25mm standard ferrules. The sealed metal housings provide environmental protection for both the optical interface and enclosure from environmental elements such as rain and snow as well as dirt and other types of contamination.

The factory terminated AARC plug assemblies are available in lengths starting from 1 meter and can be terminated with most industry standard connectors. The factory terminated AARC receptacle assemblies are available with indoor style zipcord or outdoor breakout cable making it suitable for both in-line and enclosure mounted applications.

Amphenol’s AARC connectors are exceptionally suited for WiMax, LTE, 3G/4G wireless, and base station applications.
